Dante' Stallworth of the Cleavland Browns has reportedly struck a man and killed him while driving his Bentley down a Miami Beach causeway, according to the associated press. It is unknown if the man was using a crosswalk or if he was crossing illegally, but a sample of Stallworth's blood was taken to be tested for drugs and/or alcohol....
(L): SAD!!!! I really hope he wasn't intoxicated or on drugs... but sometimes accidents happen, and I'm pretty sure he regrets it.
(n):Sometimes there's just nothing you can do to avoid an accident (speaking from experience). People usually run into other cars, walls, guard rails etc, but there are times when people sometimes run into people by accident. It was 7am, so hopefully he wasn't under the influence of anything but this has to be on the list of worst possible happenings for any driver. My prayers are with all involved. I'm sure it was just a bad accident.
